These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BizDue (the "Platform"), operated by BizDue ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing your organization's workspace, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Description of Service
BizDue provides tools to track insurance policies, GST registrations and returns, income tax return filings, premium payments, and related reminders and notifications. BizDue is a management and reminder tool — it does not provide legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice, and does not file returns or process payments with government or regulatory bodies on your behalf unless explicitly stated for a specific integration.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis as described in your chosen plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are generally non-refundable. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Your Data & Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer, policy, and compliance data you upload to the Platform.
- You must have the necessary consent to store and process your customers' personal data on BizDue.
- You will not use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or for any unlawful purpose.
5. Reminders & Notifications
BizDue sends reminders via email, SMS, and WhatsApp based on the schedules and templates you configure. While we work to deliver notifications reliably, delivery depends on third-party carriers and messaging providers, and we do not guarantee delivery of every message. You remain responsible for independently tracking critical deadlines.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by BizDue and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violation of these Terms or non-payment of fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your organization's Settings page or by contacting [email protected].
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizDue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed deadlines, penalties, or lost business, arising from your use of the Platform. See our Disclaimer for further detail.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
