Frequently asked questions
On your organization's sign-in page, click Forgot password?, enter your email address and follow the link in the email to set a new password. The link works for a limited time.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. If you still can't sign in, your organization admin can set a new password for you from Staff.
Note: After several wrong passwords, sign-in from your network is paused for a while to protect your account. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Open the template to see Meta's reason. The usual causes are promotional wording in a Utility template, variables without example values, or a variable at the very start or end of the message. Create a corrected template with a new name and submit it again; rejected templates can't be edited.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Received; waiting for our team |
| In Progress | Our team is working on it and has replied |
| Resolved | We believe it is fixed. Reply if it isn't, and the ticket reopens |
| Closed | Finished. Raise a new ticket if you need more help |
Check the wallet history: a charge appears only against a lookup that was made. Most failures come from details that don't match the bureau's records, such as a different name spelling or PAN. Correct them and try again. If you were charged for a failed check, raise a ticket under Billing & Subscription with the check's reference.
Check for bills still saved as draft (they don't move stock), purchases not yet entered, returns not recorded, and the product's opening stock. Sales of a size or colour that wasn't picked on the bill also land in the wrong split.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Just captured; nobody has followed it up yet |
| Follow-up | Interested; a call-back is planned |
| Not Interested | The customer doesn't want to go ahead |
| Reject | Not eligible, or your team decided not to proceed |
| Converted | Became a loan application |
Rejected and not-interested leads can be brought back with Re-open lead.
Usually the customer already has a lead: later messages join the existing open (or converted) lead instead of creating a new one. Search the Leads list by their mobile number. If there is no lead at all, raise a support ticket with the customer's number and the time of the message so we can check the WhatsApp connection.
Search the customer list by mobile number before adding someone new. For loan leads, BizDue also checks the mobile, alternate mobile and email against existing leads and warns you when it finds a match before the lead is saved.
