Guides and articles 6
- Guide Creating a loan lead Add an enquiry in two short steps: loan type and contact first, details next. Duplicate and eligibility checks happen as you go.
- Guide Following up leads on time Log each call, set the next follow-up date and time, and use the Overdue and Due soon markers so no enquiry is forgotten.
- Guide Assigning leads to your team Give a lead to one employee, or select many leads in the list and assign them in one go.
- Article WhatsApp leads: enquiries that create themselves When your WhatsApp Business number is connected, a customer's first message creates or updates a lead automatically.
- Guide Converting a lead into a loan application Turn a qualified lead into an application. The customer record and the document checklist are created for you.
- Guide My Tasks: your own to-do list with on-time alerts Add personal tasks with a date and time, get a screen alert and sound when they are due, then mark them done or reschedule.
Frequently asked questions
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | Just captured; nobody has followed it up yet |
| Follow-up | Interested; a call-back is planned |
| Not Interested | The customer doesn't want to go ahead |
| Reject | Not eligible, or your team decided not to proceed |
| Converted | Became a loan application |
Rejected and not-interested leads can be brought back with Re-open lead.
Usually the customer already has a lead: later messages join the existing open (or converted) lead instead of creating a new one. Search the Leads list by their mobile number. If there is no lead at all, raise a support ticket with the customer's number and the time of the message so we can check the WhatsApp connection.
