Most leads need more than one call. BizDue keeps the next follow-up on each lead so your list always shows who to call next.

Log a call or reschedule

  1. Open the lead (or click Follow-up on its row in the list).
  2. In Log a call or reschedule, pick the new Status:
    • Follow-up: still interested, call again.
    • Not Interested or Reject: closes the lead.
  3. Set the Next follow-up date and, optionally, a Time. Shortcuts Tomorrow, In 3 days and Next week fill the date for you.
  4. Write what happened in Call notes.
  5. Click Save follow-up.

Every update is kept in the lead's history, with who made it and when. Use Search history on the lead page to find an old note.

Know what is due

  • Leads whose follow-up date has passed show Overdue.
  • Leads whose follow-up is coming up shortly show Due soon.
  • Use the list filters to see only your follow-ups for today.

Tip: Set a time as well as a date for important call-backs, and add a task in My Tasks if you want an on-screen alert at that time.

Bring a closed lead back

If a rejected or not-interested customer calls again, open the lead and click Re-open lead. It returns as a new lead with its history intact.
