  1. Send a WhatsApp reminder
  2. Send an email reminder
  3. Automatic reminders

Reminders lists what is coming up: policies nearing expiry and other due dates, with the Reminder Date, the customer and the amount.

Send a WhatsApp reminder

  1. Find the row and click Send WhatsApp Reminder.
  2. Choose the WhatsApp Message Template. Only approved templates switched on for reminders are offered.
  3. Check the preview. Dynamic Template Variables (customer name, policy number, premium, due date) are filled in from the record.
  4. Send. The message appears in the Notification Center with its delivery status.

Send an email reminder

Use the send action on the row. The email goes from your organization's email settings.

Automatic reminders

Admins set how many days before the due date reminders start, and whether WhatsApp reminders are on, in Settings.

Important: WhatsApp only delivers business-initiated messages that use a template approved by Meta. If sending fails, check the template's status in My Templates.
