Notifications: the bell and the Notification Center
The difference between your in-app notifications (the bell) and the Notification Center delivery log.
On this page
BizDue has two places for notifications. They answer different questions.
The bell (top bar)
The bell shows notifications for you: a file assigned to you, a query raised on your file, a task that has reached its time, and similar events.
- Click the bell to see your latest notifications. Unread ones are highlighted.
- Click a notification to open the record it is about. It is marked as read.
- Use Mark all as read to clear the count.
The Notification Center
The Notification Center is a delivery log of the messages BizDue sent to your customers and contacts by email, SMS and WhatsApp.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Channel | Email, SMS or WhatsApp |
| Recipient | Who the message went to |
| Subject / Template | The email subject or the WhatsApp template used |
| Status | Sent or Failed |
| Delivery Timeline | When it was sent |
The tiles at the top count sent and failed messages per channel. Use the filters to find, for example, every failed WhatsApp message this week.
Tip: A message marked Failed usually means a wrong number or email address, or a WhatsApp template that isn't approved. Fix the contact details and send again.
