Bank processing: assigning bankers and logging files in
How submitted files reach a banker, how the banker logs them in and how the bank login details are recorded.
On this page
After a file is submitted, the master admin hands it to a banker: the person who works the file at the bank.
Assign a banker (admin)
- Open the submitted application.
- Click Assign Banker and choose the banker.
- Save. The file moves to Banker Assigned and the banker is notified.
The banker's view
Bankers see their files under Received Files (others see the same queue as Bank Processing).
- Open the file and log it in on the bank's portal.
- Click the next action The bank login is done.
- Enter the bank, the login date and the bank reference number.
If the bank needs something, the banker raises a query on the file instead of calling around. See Loan queries.
Note: A banker only sees the files assigned to them.
