  1. Raise a ticket
  2. Follow the conversation
  3. Who sees my tickets?

If the Help Center doesn't answer your question, our team will.

Raise a ticket

  1. Open Help & Support and click New Ticket (or Contact support on any help article).
  2. Write a short Subject. As you type, matching help articles are suggested; one may already answer it.
  3. Choose the Category: General Inquiry, Billing & Subscription, Technical Issue, Feature Request or Bug Report.
  4. In Description, say what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead.
  5. Attach a screenshot or file if it helps (PDF, Office documents, images or zip, up to 10 MB).
  6. Click Submit Ticket. You get a ticket number such as HD-000123.

Follow the conversation

  1. Open My Tickets to see all your tickets and their status. A dot marks tickets with a new reply.
  2. Open a ticket to read replies and add your own, with another attachment if needed.
  3. When your problem is solved you can close the ticket. If a resolved ticket comes back, just reply: it reopens.

Tip: One problem per ticket. Separate tickets get answered faster than one long list.

Who sees my tickets?

Your organization's admins see every ticket raised by your organization. Other staff see the tickets they raised themselves. No other organization can see your tickets.
