An eNACH mandate is the customer's permission for you to debit their bank account for EMIs, up to a limit, until a date.

Create a mandate

  1. Open the loan application and choose New eNACH Mandate.
  2. Enter the Max debit amount and how long it stays Valid until.
  3. Send the authorisation link to the customer. They approve it with their bank.
  4. The mandate moves from created to Authorised / Activated when the bank confirms.

Collect a debit

  1. Open the mandate from eNACH Mandates.
  2. Click Debit now (or Collect a debit) and enter the amount.
  3. Each attempt appears under Debit attempts with its result. A failed debit shows the bank's reason.

Stop a mandate

Click Cancel mandate. No further debits can be taken. Everything is kept in Mandate history and the audit trail.
