What the dashboard shows and why it changes with the business panel you have selected.

On this page
  1. It follows your business panel
  2. Reading the tiles

The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It summarises what is happening in your organization so you know what to work on first.

It follows your business panel

The dashboard shows the figures for the business panel you have selected in the sidebar:

Panel What the dashboard highlights
Lending Leads, applications by stage, files waiting on you, disbursements and earnings
Insurance Policy status overview, policies expiring soon and recent policy activity
Trading Recent purchase and sale bills and the month's totals

Switch panels in the sidebar and the dashboard switches with it.

Reading the tiles

  1. Each tile shows a count or an amount for the current period.
  2. Click a tile or its list to open the matching records with the filter already applied.
  3. Lists on the dashboard show the latest records first.

Tip: The figures respect your access. A staff member who only sees their own files sees totals for their own files; an admin sees the whole organization.
